It is a program that strengthens literacy skills in primary school children, with a strong focus on first grade.
It uses an experience-based approach and provides teacher training to ensure inclusive, student-centered learning, promoting an accessible and high-quality environment in educational institutions.

Training and Classroom Support for Teachers
- Training for teachers in the effective implementation of the phonics-based method, the use of resources designed to teach reading and writing, as well as tools for classroom management and curriculum planning.
- On-site classroom support to assist teachers in their practice, promoting the development of a methodological approach that is systematic and evidence based.
Materials Designed from Transition to 5th Grade
- Design and distribution of educational materials for students, along with implementation guides for teachers.
- Use of digital tools for training and assessment.
Rigorous Monitoring and Evaluation System
- Monitoring through baseline, midline, and endline assessments to track student progress in the classroom.
- Analysis and delivery of data to school principals and teachers to support timely and informed decision-making.
Remedial Tutoring to Ensure No One Is Left Behind
- Semi-personalized tutoring and learning materials for students in grades 2 to 5 who are struggling to meet literacy standards, delivered through a structured remediation approach.
