Most agricultural producers in Colombia are between 55 and 59 years old.
The talent of rural youth is key to transforming the countryside. Through education, technology, and economic opportunities, we foster their leadership and well-being.
By promoting new narratives for rural life, we empower young people to become the architects of their own future, transforming their territories and leading sustainable rural development.
It is a movement for systemic transformation that empowers rural youth as key agents of change.
Through collaborative agendas, we open pathways to sustainable opportunities and redefine the future of rural life with renewed, possibility-filled narratives.
Our Approach
Listening to Voices, Opening Pathways
- We begin by actively listening to young people, recognizing their dreams, concerns, and motivations from within their communities.
- We create safe and trusting spaces, built with them and for them, where every voice matters and every story counts.
Building with Purpose from the Territory
- We co-create initiatives with young people and allies, recognizing them as protagonists of change.
- We harness the potential of the territory, planting together the seeds of transformation that grow from what is already alive in their communities.
Learning by doing, growing through transformation
- We implement transformative strategies that strengthen young people’s capacities and energize the ecosystems around them.
- We evaluate with rigor — gathering lessons, refining strategies, and measuring impact to scale what works and drives change.
